Conclusion
Successful hiring takes planning and practice. Through use of a systematic, effective hiring technique and reference to appropriate resources, with practice the novice recruiter will soon become a seasoned search participant. However, even seasoned recruiters need access to up-to-date search resources in order to ensure they remain current. Changing legislation and recommended hiring practices, for instance, are happening at an increasingly accelerated pace. This guide is intended to meet these needs and provide access to information that will encourage an efficient and effective hiring process.
The Guideline will be updated at regular intervals to ensure access to the latest information. As well, in order to ensure the material meets and responds to individual needs, an evaluation and comment form has been included with the Guideline .
